As a business owner, I understand the challenges and responsibilities of building and running a successful business. Time to think, plan, and execute is critical but also scary. Giving our clients in all shapes and sizes their time back to focus on what matters most to them is our sole purpose.
Besides being a CPA, Shayna is a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and a CGMA, which basically means she knows what she’s doing when it comes to technology in accounting. She speaks often at major accounting conferences and business trade organizations across the country, and has served on industry-leading advisory boards including Avalara, Sage and Thomson Reuters Onvio.

Yes. Our bookkeeping and controller services do not have to be paired with tax services, and we are happy to communicate with your preferred tax preparer.
How does Shaynaco price its services?
Because no business owner likes surprises on their monthly bill, we provide fixed pricing for most services. We listen to your needs and develop a package that is right for you, and we prefer a bundled approach because understanding the whole business makes us a better resource.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Shaynaco holds QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications, including Advanced and Payroll, in the ProAdvisor Program at the Elite level. We are a Gusto Certified People Advisor and a Melio Certified Partner, and we sit on the Sage Accountants Advisory Council. For larger needs we also help select manufacturing and inventory systems.
Do you handle IRS tax resolution?
We do not take on tax resolution for businesses or individuals without involvement in the original tax work. We will refer you to a tax resolution expert we trust, and then help you going forward with your tax and accounting needs.
Do I need to come to the Gallipolis office?
No. We serve clients from Gallipolis, Ohio to Huntington and Charleston, West Virginia, and we use secure web portals to meet, exchange documents, and deliver and sign your return electronically from anywhere.
